Seaweed catching on your rudder pivot pin mid race is an annoying problem.
This deflector mounts ahead of the rudder and sheds debris before it reaches the blade: low profile, no drag, no fuss.
Attaches with pre-applied marine grade adhesive. Peel, press, paddle.
Important: the hull surface must be clean, dry, and smooth before installation. Not recommended for heavily textured gel coat. Allow 2 to 3 hours after installation before paddling.
