Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from SEAT6, a DBA of Fry and Sons Inc. ("SEAT6," "we," "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them.

Products
SEAT6 products are made to order. Colors, finish, and small details may vary slightly from photos. Fit information is provided as a guide; please check the Fit Guide or contact us before ordering if you're unsure.

Testing and use
We design and test SEAT6 products on real canoes in real conditions, and we refine them based on paddler feedback. Even so, we can't test every boat, iako, rigging setup, or water condition, and we can't control how products are installed, used, or maintained.

You're responsible for confirming fit on your own equipment, installing products correctly, inspecting them before each use, and securing any camera or equipment attached to them, including using a leash or tether. Stop using any product that shows wear, cracks, or loosening, and contact us.

Ocean and river conditions are unpredictable. SEAT6 is not responsible for loss of or damage to cameras, phones, paddles, canoes, or other equipment used with our products.

Orders and pricing
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was listed in error. If we cancel, you'll receive a full refund. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice.

Shipping and returns
Shipping, cancellations, and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Warranty and liability
Products are provided as described, without other warranties to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Intellectual property
SEAT6 names, logos, product designs, photos, and site content belong to Fry and Sons Inc. and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of your order applies.
